Thanks to my Realtor friend Kristine Larue, and member of the club, as well as member Brian Dwayne, I discovered the Wessagussett Yacht Club. Brian gave me an outstanding tour of the club and I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience.
In the past 8 years, the club has spent more than a million dollars renovating the docks. Everything is quite new and looks amazing, 2018 is the perfect summer to join!
North Weymouth is truly a hidden gem with the beaches and accessibility to shopping places and more!
A little about what I learned: There are 85 slips, 30 on moorings, and 245 members total with an option for senior members and social members.

Wessagussett Yacht Club is a cooperative/member maintained, full-service yacht club for both power boaters and sailors. It is located on the shore of North Weymouth at the mouth of the Weymouth Fore River adjacent to Wessagussett Beach. From the club members enjoy quick and easy access to boating on the South Shore including Quincy Bay, Boston Harbor, Hingham Bay, World’s End and the Back and Fore Rivers.
